Digital Library Update

We’ve made several improvements to the Digital Library to make manuals easier to search, view, and print:

  • Improved classification search: Search by classification code number or name.
  • Clearer search results: See matching terms highlighted as you search.
  • More complete classification information: View “Operations Also Included” content and see classification code numbers when printing a section.

Our work to refine the Digital Library based on member feedback continues and we will continue strengthening this resource to better support your work.

PCRB’s Digital Library delivers instant online access to the most current Pennsylvania workers’ compensation manuals within a modern, dynamic interface built for efficiency and accuracy.

Search keywords across all manuals at once, link directly to specific sections, and move seamlessly between related content. Section-level “last updated” dates replace a single effective date, providing precise visibility into what changed and when. View detailed change histories and easily download, filter, and analyze tables.

All manuals are available from one centralized screen—improving navigation, saving time, and ensuring you’re working from the most accurate, fully searchable source to support confident decision-making.
