Proposal C-387 April 1, 2026 Loss Cost Filing

On November 24, 2025, the PCRB submitted a loss cost filing to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. That filing, designated as Proposal C-387, makes revisions to loss costs and related rating values effective April 1, 2026.
