Proposal C-359 April 1, 2011 “F” Classification Filing

On September 15, 2010 the Bureau made an “F” classification rate filing with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. That filing, designated as Proposal C-359, proposed revisions to rates and related rating values effective April 1, 2011.
