This information is used to communicate with you regarding service changes, the Financial Data Manager (FDM) Application, and the Financial Data Incentive Program.

Additionally, our servers automatically log non-personal data related to website usage, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

To access members-only features, users must complete a registration form. Required information may include the name of a primary contact person, their email address, PCRB name, mailing address, phone number, and user credentials. User credentials may be assigned by PCRB or generated by the application.
