Indemnity Data Call

Detailed indemnity data is essential to understanding cost drivers and maintaining the accuracy of Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation system. Use the Indemnity Data Reporting process to submit detailed transactional claim activities for all workers’ compensation claims with a Pennsylvania jurisdiction, as well as summarized quarterly data for any claim for which an indemnity payment has been made or indemnity reserve established.

The jurisdiction state corresponds to the state or federal workers’ compensation act under which the claimant’s benefits are being paid. Your complete and accurate submissions enable PCRB to respond effectively to regulatory requests and better understand emerging trends.
