Proposal C-356 April 1, 2009 Loss Cost Filing
On December 10, 2008 the Bureau made a loss cost filing with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. That filing, designated as Proposal C-356, proposed revisions to loss costs, related rating values and Manual rules effective April 1, 2009.

Note: As originally filed Exhibit 22, pages 1-4 mistakenly showed the empirical loss distribution for the April 1, 2008 filing. The exhibit was corrected on December 18, 2008 and now includes the appropriate April 1, 2009 distribution.
