Note: Subsequent to the creation of the 2010 database that the Bureau uses to derive classification relativities the Pennsylvania Insurance Department approved Bureau Filing No. 235 effective December 1, 2009 which included changes to the definitions of classifications 818, 819 and 953. In a separate matter the Bureau identified a number of risks previously including exposures in class 935 that properly belonged to class 855. The PDF version of the Class Book below reflects the experience for those classifications as they were originally extracted. Within the “Index and Supporting Classification Exhibits”, corrected class book pages for the five classifications are shown reflecting the appropriate data reassignments in response to the above circumstances.

The Excel versions of the Class Book, the Medical-Only Supplement and the Exposure and Premium Supplement shown below also reflect the corrected classification data after accounting for the reassignment of data.
