Proposal C-368 April 1, 2017 Loss Cost Filing

On November 17, 2016, the PCRB submitted a loss cost filing to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. That filing, designated as Proposal C-368, proposed revisions to loss costs and related rating values effective April 1, 2017. The overall average change in loss costs in that filing was -6.80%.

NOTE: On December 1, 2016, the PCRB submitted corrections related to Proposal C-368 to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. The overall average change in loss costs in the corrected filing was -6.21%.
