Timeliness Compliance Resources Now Available Ahead of PDQAP July 1 Effective Date

The PCRB has released its Pennsylvania Policy Timeliness Compliance Guide and PDQAP FAQ to help insurers comply with new requirements for timely submission of policy data. Starting July 1, 2025, policies reported 36 days or more after the effective date will be subject to a structured fining schedule under Phase 1 of the Policy Data Quality Assurance Program (PDQAP). The guide details how to monitor submissions, use the Policy Data Manager (PDM), and manage automated notifications. Members should review the resources now to ensure readiness.
