Approval of Annual Loss Cost Filing and "F" Classification Filings - Effective April 1, 2025

The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner has approved the PCRB’s proposed loss costs and other rating values, as filed. The commissioner also approved the proposed loss costs and rating values for “F” Classifications. These filings both become effective as of 12:01 a.m., April 1, 2025.
