2025 Policy Data Quality Assurance Program Launches with Late Reported Policies Timeliness Initiative

The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) has launched the 2025 Policy Data Quality Assurance Program (PDQAP) to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of policy data reporting. Phase 1, the Late Reported Policies Timeliness Initiative, introduces automated late policy notifications and a Late Policies Report feature for insurers. Beginning July 1, 2025, fines will be assessed on policies submitted 36 days late or more. PCRB will be releasing more details and educational materials in the coming weeks and encourages members to begin preparing for this change as soon as possible.
