This program recognizes the critical importance of the PCRB receiving quality financial data on time so that it can be used in support of filings made with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. In addition, this program is intended to more equitably allocate costs to the PCRB associated with late or inaccurate data submission. Following is a description of this program.
