Submission of Annual Loss Cost Filing - Effective April 1, 2025

On December 14, 2024, the PCRB submitted Filing No. C-384 to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, containing a proposed overall loss cost change of -8.67%. The proposed effective date is April 1, 2025. For more information, refer to PCRB Circular No. 1815 and Filing No. C-384.

At the same time, the PCRB submitted a second filing, Filing No. C-385, containing proposed rating values for US Longshore and Harbor Workers Act coverage (F-Classifications). The proposed overall change in the collectible rate level is -8.60%. The proposed effective date is April 1, 2025. For more information, refer to PCRB Circular No. 1816 and Filing No. C-385.
