The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) has released Information Bulletin #030 to clarify access to its recently launched analytics platform, WorkComp360™, and preview new capabilities arriving this fall.
Access to WorkComp360 remains strictly limited to PCRB member carriers, including actuaries, underwriters, product managers, and executive leadership. Third-party administrators, MGAs, and non-member personnel are not authorized, as the platform is not configured for external users.
To support informed decision-making, WorkComp360 offers member carriers robust tools for benchmarking, claims mapping, and market analysis.
Two major enhancements are slated for launch this fall:
- DataPro+, a member-exclusive data extraction and filtering tool with advanced export and trend analysis features
- Statewide Dashboard, extending class- and geography-based data insights to approved external stakeholders
Launched in July, WorkComp360 offers intuitive benchmarking, interactive claims mapping, and performance dashboards to help carriers make smarter, faster decisions. Questions about access should be directed to: centralsupport@PCRB.com.
