PCRB has issued Circular No. 1838 announcing the 2025 Pennsylvania and Delaware Premium Call. By direction of the Governing Boards, all member companies are required to submit premium information on an individual company basis, with electronic filings due no later than March 13, 2026.
Premium Call forms are available exclusively through the PCRB and DCRB websites. Each submission must also include an electronic copy of the Exhibit of Premiums and Losses (Statutory Page 14) from the company’s December 31, 2025 Annual Statement. Members are reminded to carefully follow the adopted definitions for “direct premiums written for assessment purposes,” including required exclusions.
