Launch of New Application for Carrier Information Maintenance, Member Connect

The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) has launched Member Connect, a secure application that gives Carrier Group Administrators direct access to view, validate, and update their organization’s contact information. Designed to modernize and strengthen PCRB’s membership processes, Member Connect helps ensure essential communications reach the appropriate individuals without delay.

Upon logging into the Application Manager, CGAs will see Member Connect available for immediate use and are encouraged to review and update all contact roles.

Additional enhancements to Member Connect—including features supporting annual recertification—are planned for 2026. Further information will be shared as updates are finalized.
