Changes To Reporting Requirements For Pennsylvania Indemnity Data Call Will Enhance Analysis and Research

The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) is updating reporting requirements for the Pennsylvania Indemnity Data Call Quarterly Records to enhance data analysis and research. These changes, aligned with NCCI standards, will strengthen consistency and accuracy in reporting. Data reporters must comply with the new requirements beginning with Q4 2025 transactional data, due by March 31, 2026. Mandatory testing of the updated process must be completed by December 31, 2025.
