The Bureau presents a series of half-day seminars designed to explain its various functions and responsibilities to any interested parties, including, but not limited to, insurance company staff, agents, state and local government representatives and employers. The courses include:

The course instructors are all experienced staff members. Class size is small but large numbers can be accommodated as well and each seminar offers the participant 3 continuing educational credits.
